Property Rules

• Maximum 15 guests permitted
• No smoking within the rooms
• Sheesha/hookah prohibited

Additional Rules

• 1) Guests must pay a Refundable SECURITY DEPOSIT of Rs. 5,000. This will be refunded online 2-3 hours post check-out. Any damages to property, furniture or furnishings will be deducted on actuals.
• 2) All guests to submit a copy of their ID card (Aadhar card, passport, voter's ID card, or driving license) before check-in.
• 3) Guests must follow the 2 pm check-in and 11 am check-out time (*Any deviations without permission will be chargeable as a late fee of Rs. 1,500 / hour).
• 4) Unregistered or undeclared visiting guests are not allowed on the property.
• 5) No loud music allowed after 10 pm. It is quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am.
• 6) No drugs or illegal substances / activities allowed. No hookah allowed.
• 7) Guests are to follow all pool rules strictly.
• - Only swimwear / nylon clothing allowed
• - Diving, jumping, rough play are prohibited for your own safety
• - No food and glassware allowed inside or near the pool
• - The pool filter is strictly meant for cleaning purposes only
• Any violation will attract a fine of Rs. 3,000.
• 8) Smoking is strictly not allowed inside the house. Guests can smoke outdoors. Ask the caretaker for ashtrays that will be provided. Any smoking indoors will attract a fine of Rs. 3000.
• 9) All children must be supervised by an adult in and around the pool and balcony areas at all times.
• 10) Pets are allowed at an additional fee of Rs. 1,000 / pet.
• - Pet parents to ensure that pets are toilet trained and don't soil inside the house. Please scoop after your pet and dispose it correctly.
• - Ensure that pets keep away from sofas, beds, and don't enter the pool.
• Any damage by pets will be deducted from the security deposit.
• 11) Soiled or outdoor shoes / slippers are not allowed inside the house. Please leave them in the shoe rack outside. If needed please carry home slippers to wear inside the house.
• 12) If using ACs in the living room, all doors and windows, specially the door that opens into the pool, must be kept shut. This is to prevent over working of ACs which may result in damage.
• 13) Please turn-off ACs in the rooms and living room when not using them, or when going out of the house.
• 14) The villa has a washing machine and dryer which are to be only operated by the caretaker. Guests can request the caretaker for use. The dryer is chargeable @ Rs. 300 per use.
• 15) If you have an electric vehicle and want to charge it using a regular 15 Amp socket in the villa, you will need to inform the management in advance and it is chargeable @ Rs. 300 per use.
• 16) Moving of heavy furniture or re-arranging furniture is not allowed.
• 17) Please note your safety and security while on the Villa premises is your responsibility. The Villa management or owner will not be held accountable for the loss or damage of your personal belongings, or for any injury to you.
• Lastly, please treat the villa like your own home.
